About Us

Banyule & Districts Netball Association

The Banyule & District Netball Association was formed by the Macleod Netball Club in 1995, with the goal of assisting young players in the Banyule community to be involved in sport. All competition is currently held at the Banyule NETS Stadium, which was opened in May 2003.

BDNA is run by a dedicated board and a number of committees, as well as competition management staff, umpires and volunteers. Please click here for further information about our people.

Our Association focusses on running competitions which provide a community focus, whilst also enabling players to advance to higher levels if they wish. BDNA offers netball competitions from NETSETGO level (aged 5 and up), right through to open-age and mixed. Please click here for more information about our programs.

We encourage all of our club coaches to gain Netball Victoria coaching accreditation, to ensure players receive the best possible coaching right from the beginning.

We welcome all new players, teams and clubs. Please contact us if you are interested in joining us.
