Banyule & Districts Netball Association runs representative netball teams in ages 11/u to 17/u.
To be eligible to trial for BDNA representative team’s selection all players in U11 to U17 must have played 75% of games in the current year, in a BDNA Competition and committed to same in the following year. This rule does not apply to players trialing for Open.
Open trials are open to any players wishing to trial and are exempt from having to participate within a BDNA Competition.
All Players eligibility to participate in BDNA trials is in accordance with Netball Victoria guidelines and exemptions.
Only players who trial may be selected for the teams. All successful candidates will be advised after completion of the trial period. Selection decisions are final. Unsuccessful candidates may be put onto a squad list and may be asked to attend training sessions / tournaments on various occasions.

Exciting times are ahead for Banyule as they have just signed a 3 year community partnership deal with North East Blaze.
North East Blaze are one of only 10 teams who compete in the Victorian Netball League (VNL). The VNL Competition is recognised as the world’s strongest and most professional State Netball Competition. Blaze represents the North East region in the VNL competition. The competition is comprised of 3 divisions, 19’s /U, Division 1 and Championship.
